Abstract

The article presents an advanced architecture of an MRI data acquisition system, with particular emphasis on the analysis of breast cancer tissue. It integrates the latest technical informatics and radiology achievements, aiming to create an efficient MRI image and relaxation time analysis platform. The research includes an extensive review of computational tools for MRI image analysis and relaxation time, highlighting the significant lack of algorithm standardization. The article describes in detail the software architecture incorporated into the biobanking system, including data transformation, storage, verification, and archiving. This approach highlights the critical role of such technologies in diagnosing and treating breast cancer, emphasizing the need for standardized methodologies for processing and analyzing MRI data.
